Terms of Service

Effective August 16, 2026

These terms govern participation in the free, invite-only Stream Pets beta, operated by VailVeix. By connecting a Twitch account or using a private Stream Pets link, a streamer agrees to these terms.

Service and eligibility

Stream Pets provides a configurable livestream overlay that reacts to authorized Twitch events. Users must be at least 18 years old and must control, or have permission to connect, the Twitch account they use.

The service is a free invite-only beta. Features may change, and maintenance, Twitch changes, network failures, or hosting failures may cause interruptions or missed events. Participation does not guarantee continued access or a future paid or generally available service.

Account security and acceptable use

Users must protect their private settings and overlay links and promptly report any exposure. Users may not attempt to access other profiles, disrupt or probe the service, evade limits, introduce unlawful or abusive material, infringe others’ rights, or use Stream Pets contrary to Twitch’s terms or applicable law.

Content and permissions

Users retain rights in their names, settings, and content. They grant VailVeix the limited permission needed to process that material and display configured reactions while providing Stream Pets. Users are responsible for having rights to custom text, assets, and stream content they supply.

Suspension and ending participation

We may suspend access to protect Stream Pets, comply with law, address misuse, or operate the beta. Users may stop using the service or request account deletion by emailing streamerpets@gmail.com. Reasonable Twitch-account verification may be required. Data deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stream Pets is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, VailVeix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost stream revenue, lost data, or missed Twitch events arising from use of the beta.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Because the beta is free, no purchase, subscription, refund, or service level commitment is offered.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms as the beta changes. Material updates will receive a new effective date, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
