Privacy Policy

Stream Pets is operated by VailVeix (“we”). Privacy questions and verified data requests can be sent to streamerpets@gmail.com.

Information we process

For each participating streamer, Stream Pets stores a profile name, private settings and overlay access keys, pet settings and reactions, and Twitch account identifiers and authorization credentials required to receive permitted Twitch events. Live chat events are processed to produce configured reactions. Stream Pets does not intentionally store chat message history.

Our hosting provider processes ordinary service logs and technical data such as IP addresses, request times, errors, and browser or connection information. Stream Pets does not use advertising trackers and does not sell personal data.

How information is used

We use information to operate Stream Pets, authenticate private settings and overlay connections, receive authorized Twitch events, preserve configurations, secure and troubleshoot the service, and respond to support requests.

Service providers

Stream Pets uses Render for application and PostgreSQL hosting and Twitch for account authorization and event delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices, potentially in locations where they operate.

Retention and deletion

Streamer profile data and authorization credentials are retained while an account participates in the beta. After a verified deletion request, active profile data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required for security or legal reasons. Residual copies can remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups expire under the hosting provider’s normal schedule.

To request access, correction, Twitch disconnection, or deletion, email streamerpets@gmail.com. We may request reasonable proof that the requester controls the relevant Twitch account. Streamers can also disconnect Stream Pets from their Twitch account settings.

Security

We use HTTPS, private access URLs, isolated streamer profiles, restricted database access, backups, and limited administrative commands. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Streamers should report exposed private links promptly so their keys can be rotated.

Age and changes

Stream Pets is intended only for users age 18 or older. We may update this policy as the beta changes. Material updates will receive a new effective date.
